摘　　要：以沪深两市1999-2008年已完成权杖交接的家族上市公司为样本，从产品市场、企业、创始人及接班人四个维度研究了权杖交接模式的影响因素，结果发现：企业成立年限、创始人和接班人的年龄有显著影响，这说明生命周期理论在权杖交接中有重要体现；创始人开始重视非家族成员作为接班人，子承父业的主导地位受到一定动摇。The samples of 65 family businesses from 1999 to 2008 which have been completed relaying the baton are analyzed in this paper. In order to examine the factors that have an effect on the mode of relaying the baton, the author tests the product-market, business, founder, and the successor characteristic. The study found： life cycle theory is important in the model the heritage situation of family successor is shaking because the number of non-family member becoming successor increases significantly.
