摘　　要：文中以DM642为核心处理器,设计了相应的视频采集电路和视频输出端口电路,其中视频采集电路的主要芯片是TVP5150A。视频输出端口电路的主要芯片是SAA7105。论文还给出了系统的软件设计思想以及实际的实现过程:应用DSP/BIOS实时操作系统对系统资源进行初始化和控制,确定系统工作方式,完成任务的调度管理、中断服务管理和外设驱动程序的管理等操作。DM642成功地实现了视频图像的采集处理和传输。The paper is base on the DM642; give the corresponding circuit of the video capture and video output port circuit. The main Video capture circuit chip is the TVP5150A, and the Video output port circuit chip is the SAA7105. What＇s more, the paper gives the software design and practical realizable process： using the DSP/ BIOS real-time operating system for system initialization and control of resources, the system working way, the scheduling task management, interrupt service management and the management of peripheral drivers and other operations. Finally using the DM642, we capture the video process and transmit it successfully.
