摘  要:管理学是一门理论性和实践性很强的经管类专业必修课程或非经管类专业选修课程,通过在"管理学"教学中引入工科教学模式的理念的"技能点实训"、"管理游戏"、"ppt演示汇报"3个"走进管理"式的教学模式,一改单一的学生被动接受知识的教学信息传递方式。学生在"走进管理"式的训练中,学习热情高涨,有效地提高教学效果,促进了课堂教学的多向交流。同时展现了理工科与其他学科间的交叉渗透和辐射作用,体现了创新教育、和谐教育和素质教育的宗旨,实践证明它是一种行之有效的教学组织方式。Science of management, a very theoretical and practical course, is required for the economic management programs or elective for other programs. Based on teaching methods used in engineering programs, the author, when teaching this course, developed the teaching method by training the students with applications of essential knowledge, specially designed games, and PPT seminars. As a result, the students no longer only passively record the knowledge in class as before, but study actively resulting in improved teaching efficiency and the promotion of multiple communications in class. The author's work indicates that teaching methods in engineering program and other programs can be appli- cable in teaching science of management. Besides, the teaching policies of creativity, compatibility and quality are carried out. As a conclusion, the practice in class proves that the created teaching method to be effective.
