试析农村实用人才职业教育的可持续发展

摘　　要：农村实用人才为培养新型农民、促进农民增收增效、加速农村产业结构调整,保持农村经济持续快速发展提供了有力的资源保障。为此,要建立以大农业观为导向的职业教育体系;要以市场为导向,以就业为目标,进行教学体制的创新改革,这是农村实用人才职业教育培训可持续发展的前提和保证;构建一个以收益为导向的技能培训体系,则是农村实用人才职业教育可持续发展体系的关键和核心。In the rural areas, the practical personnel is the main force in building a new socialist countryside, it is the main way for rural vocational education to ensure the practical personnel＇ s sustainable development in rural areas. In the new historical period, it is powerful resource to protect for the practical personnel to train new farmers, to increase peasant＇ s income efficiency, to accelerate the rural industrial structure adjustment and maintain sustained and rapid development of rural economy. Therefore, it is prerequisite for vocational education and training of the practical personnel in rural areas for sustainable development to establish concept of large- scale agriculture -oriented vocational education system, to reform the education system for employment as the goal. In the end, it is the key and core of vocational education and training of the practical prtdonnrl in rural areas for sustainable development system to construct an interest -oriented skills training system.
