摘  要:HACCP是一个保证食品质量的预防性体系,它以良好的生产操作规范为基础,通过提前分析影响产品质量的重要因素,并在危害发生前就采取相应的预防措施,从而最大限度地保证食品质量。高校教务管理具备引入该体系的条件。以课表安排为例说明了该体系在教务管理上的应用及其对提高教务管理质量的启示。HACCP is a preventive system to guarantee the food quality, which is based on the good manufacturing pracrice. It can guarantee the food quality to its fullest through analysis of some critical factors affecting the food quality in advance and taking response preventive measures before the harms. This article takes the example of course table arrangement to demonstrate that the HACCP system can be introduced into the college managements on academic affairs. This article also demonstrates its application to academic affairs and presents the implications to the improvement of academic affairs quality.
