摘 要:ERP自80年代引入我国至今,已被制造业企业广泛实施应用,但调查表明各类制造业企业的ERP实施成功率却不容乐观。研究认为只有采取组织变革、创建与ERP相适应的企业文化、科学认知ERP功能有效控制防范风险、实时沟通调整需求、构建复合型人才的ERP项目实施团队、实施分层次的提前培训等一系列措施,才能确保ERP实施成功。Since 1980s the ERP is pulled into China,it is implemented in the enterprise of Manufacturing Widely, however, the survey indicated that it is low to the Ratio of Success of the ERP's implementation in the Enterprise of Manufacturing. The studies suggest that the Series of measures are be taken:organizational change must be taken to,the corporate culture must be innovated to fit the ERP,The ERP's function of Cognitive Science can control and prevent the risk effectively,the requirements are adjusted promptly to perfect the system according to the communication in the process of implementation,the team of implementing the project including the Compound talents should be constructed,the Prior trainings that are hierarchical,classification,different objeets and contents are carried out. That the above measures have been taken effectively ensures the implementation of ERP successfully.
