摘  要:目的探讨新形势下的临床护理教学管理模式及效果。方法加强组织管理、改革教学模式、筛选并分层次培训各阶段老师、进行层层质控及多维教学评价等系列管理改革。结果95%的护生及90%的带教老师喜欢新的教学模式;改革后多种教学满意度调查及护生实习成绩均明显高于改革前(P<0.05)。结论此系列教学管理改革适应了临床护理管理的发展,提高了护士的整体带教意识及带教能力,提高了教学质量。Objective To explore the education management pattern of clinical nursing teaching and the effect under the new situation. Methods A series of education management reforms were carried out by strengthening the organization and management, reforming the teaching modess- creening and training teachers at different levels and stages, conducting teaching quality control and teaching evaluation at multi-dimensions. Results Up to 95% nursing interns and 90% teachers prefered the new teaching model. The satisfaction and practice scores of the practicing nurses were significantly higher than those before the reform(P〈0.05). Conclusion The series of teaching management reforms have adapted to the development of clinical nursing management, raised the teaching awareness and teaching capabilities of nurses,and improved the quality of nursing education.
