试论网络对大学生法律意识养成的影响

摘　　要：随着网络与大学生生活、学习的关系越来越密切,网络对大学生法律意识的养成表现出积极和消极的影响,文章提出运用网络平台促进大学生法律意识养成的措施在于:建立专门的法律知识普及方面的网站包括论坛作为提高大学生法律意识的途径和平台;通过网络建立较为全面的案例库;国家应通过立法、政策及规定等方式加强网络管理,营造健康的网络环境;重视塑造大学生的网络人格;大学生的法制教育应抢占网络阵地。Since the relationship between the Intemet and the life of college students getting closer and closer, the Intemet has positive and negative effects on their legal consciousness formation. The paper proposes the ways to promote the legal consciousness formation of the college students with the platform of the Intemet. Firstly, establish the website or forum with the contents of law popularity, which could be the way or platform to enhance the college students＇ legal consciousness. Secondly,construct a comprehensive case base on the website. Thirdly, the govermnent could strengthen the network management with the ways of developing policies and regulations, which shall create a healthy network environment. Fourthly, pay more attention to build fire network personalities of the college students. Fifthly, the Internet should have the contents of the college students＇ legal education.
