摘 要:多级液压缸同步起竖系统受力复杂,换级冲击对同步控制性能影响很大。该文利用AMESim软件构建了二级液压缸双缸同步起竖系统模型,采用AMESim与Simulink联合仿真的方法,对PID控制、模糊控制在多级液压缸变负载同步控制中的应用进行了研究,提出了一种模糊-PID加权控制算法。仿真结果表明,该加权控制算法能较好地满足起竖系统对同步精度与稳定性的要求。The forces acting on multi-stage cylinder synchronization erecting system are complex, the performance of synchronization control is affected by the impact between stages.In this paper, the model of double two- stage cylinder synchronization erecting system was setted up by AMESim software, and co-simulation based on AMESim and Simulink. The PID and fuzzy control in synchronization control of multi-stage cylinder in variable load were discussed, then a improved control tactic weighting PID and fuzzy control was provided. The results show that the fuzzy PID weighted control tactic meet the synchronization precision and stability of erecting system.
