高校特色体育课程模式的构建与实践研究

摘　　要：文章提出"一基础、一选项、两特色"体育课程模式,采用嵌入式教学组织形式,突出定向运动、水上运动两大特色课程建设;经过多年教学实践,成效显著。Based on the actual situation of our university, the physical education curriculum model of ＂one basis, one opion, two characteristics＂ is put forward. It adopts embedded teaching organization, gives prominence to the characteristics curriculum of ofienteering and water sports ; After many years of teaching practice, it gets remarkable results.
