摘  要:Through the analysis of the theories of cognition and meta-cognition, the essay explains the relationship between cognition, meta-cognition and foreign language learning motivation. By combining the author's teaching experience, she put forward the effective strategies of inspiring learners' motivation in the course of teaching and learning from the aspects of interest, self-efficacy and attribution.
