摘　　要：[目的]调查和了解吉安市中青年男教师的营养知识和饮食态度的现状。[方法]主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等对吉安市中青年男教师的营养知识和饮食态度行为进行调查。[结果]中青年男教师饮食态度较好,但营养知识缺乏,饮食行为存在明显问题。[结论]教师应改掉不良饮食习惯,养成科学的饮食生活方式。[Objective] To investigate and understand the status of knowledge,attitude and behavior toward diet among the middle-age and young male teachers in Ji＇an.[Methods] By the methods of literature review and questionnaire investigation,we conducted investigation on attitude and behavior toward diet of the middle-age and young male teachers in Ji＇an.[Results] Male teachers have good attitude to their diet,but lack of nutrition knowledge,and there exists some problem in their dietary behavior.[Conclusion] Teachers should give up bad habits and develop the science way of dietary behavior.
