摘　　要：通过学生"对辅导员作用的评价"、"对辅导员工作的满意度"、"辅导员与学生接触的时间"以及"你认为辅导员最需要提高的能力"四个问题的分析,对加强辅导员队伍建设、提高大学生思想政治教育实效性提出有效的建议。This paper gives an analysis of college students＇ response to the four questions, i.e. ＂How do you see the counselor＇s role？ How satisfied are you with your counselor？ How often do you have contact with your counselor？＂ and ＂What do you think are the abilities a counselor needs to improvemost？＂ It then puts forward some effective measures for strengthening the team construction of college counselors and raising the actual effects of college students＂ political and ideological education.
