重锤式髋关节训练器治疗脑瘫痉挛型双瘫疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察重锤式髋关节训练器对脑瘫痉挛型双瘫的疗效。方法把120例住院治疗的脑瘫痉挛型双瘫患儿随机分成2组,治疗组接受重锤式髋关节训练器治疗,对照组不接受,其他康复治疗项目2组相同。观察治疗2个月后其运动发育年龄、异常姿势、内收肌肌张力及股角变化情况。结果2组治疗均有效,治疗组在运动年龄、内收肌肌张力及股角方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。异常姿势改善方面明显优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论重锤式髋关节训练器是一种经济实用对脑瘫痉挛型双瘫有很好疗效的训练器。Objective To observe the curative effect of the improved children heavy-hammer hip joint exerciser on a type of cerebral palsy-spastic diplegia. Methods One hundred and twenty sick children,who suffered from spastic diplegia and accepted treatment in hospital were divided into two groups in random. The sick children of treatment group were treated with hip joint exerciser,but the sick children of control group didn＇t. There was no any difference in other items of rehabilitation between two groups. After forty times treatment, the following changes were observed,such as： gesture development, abnormal posture, femoral angle and muscular adductor tension etc. Results The treatment of both groups was effective. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, in gesture development, femoral angle and muscular adductor tension（P〈0.05） ,and obviously in the abnormal posture improvement（P〈0. 001）. Conclusion The improved children hip joint exerciser that is an economical and practical exerciser produces a good curative effect on spastic diplegia.
