基于联立方程的高校科研创新团队系统模型研究

摘　　要：将联立方程的方法引入到高校科研创新团队系统之中,构造了高校科研创新团队的系统模型.该模型由6个结构方程,12个变量构成.利用来自12所211高校的30支科研创新团队的调查数据,对模型结构参数进行估计,结果表明:该模型较真实地反映了高校科研创新团队内部主要影响因素相互作用,相互影响的规律,其中科研产出、学生培养、学科建设是影响高校科研创新团队能力的主要因素,他们对高校科研创新团队能力贡献分别为:43.03%,33.54%和19.69%,总体达到了96%.This paper applies simultaneous equations to build a system model on IRTU. This model is composed of 6 equations and 12 variables. The model uses data from 30 IRTU of 12 famous Chinese universities to carry on the estimation of the model structural parameter. The result shows that the model indicates the interaction among the influencing factors in the model and the law of the interaction. Among the influencing factors, research output, students and disciplines are the top 3 factors that infuence the ability of IRTU, and their weight coefficients are 0. 430 3, 0. 335 4, and 0. 196 9. This model will be of significance in the construction of university scientific research innovation teams.
