摘　　要：运用教育生态学理论,通过对人文素质的涵义、高校人文素质现状、人文教育的重要性的分析,就如何进行人文素质教育提出了解决对策,以期对高校的人文素质教育有所借鉴。By applying education ecology theory,this essay analyzes human quality definition,the status quo of human quality and the importance of human education in colleges,and puts forward the reasonable schemes and strategies to implement human quality education.
