高校内部知识共享机制的建构研究

摘　　要：高校内部知识共享的主要障碍是僵化的组织文化和保守的个人价值观、传统的组织模式和落后的管理体制、隐性知识管理机制的缺乏、以及知识共享信息化平台建设的滞后。建构高校内部知识共享机制是清除高校内部知识共享障碍的有效途径。探讨了高校内部知识共享的概念和内容,分析了高校内部知识共享的紧迫性及其障碍,并从组织、文化、人力资源和技术等方面进行了高校内部知识共享机制的建构。Some obstacles exist in college internal knowledge-sharing, which may be removed by establishing the college internal knowledge-sharing mechanism. This paper discusses the concept and content of college internal knowledge-sharing, analyzes the importance and the obstacles of college internal knowledge-sharing, and establishes the college internal knowledge-sharing mechanism from the aspects of organization, culture, human resources and technology.
