应用型本科院校校企合作模式的调查研究

摘　　要：校企合作是应用型本科院校实现应用型人才培养的重要途径,由于院校定位以及人才培养目标的差异,应用型本科院校在开展校企合作时与学术型大学及高职院校应有所区别。国内应用型本科院校已经形成了几种主要的校企合作模式:以教育为主要目的的校企合作;以科研为主要目的的校企合作;教学与服务相结合——在企业进行的生产性实训。但在各种模式的实践中还存在一些问题,与"应用型人才"培养目标的实现还有一定的差距。College-enterprise cooperation is an important way to produce applicative talents for application-oriented colleges and universities. Because of the differences in the orientation of institutions of higher learning and their aim of talent production, the cooperation should be different from that of research-oriented universities and higher vocational institutions. According to our field study, some models of university-enterprise cooperation, mainly including education-oriented model, research-oriented model, unification of teaching and service model, have been constructed and adopted. However, some problems still exist in practical use of these models, and it will be a long way to realize the goal of the production of applicative talents.
