摘　　要：科学发展观的核心是以人为本,市属高职院校高度重视和切实做好大学生就业工作是贯彻落实以人为本——以学生为本的根本体现。完善就业工作＂院系党政领导为第一责任人、齐抓共管、上下联动、全员参与、各负其责＂奖惩机制,积极调整专业结构,优化课程设置,强化职业技能,主动适应就业市场要求,引导毕业生增强就业危机意识,树立先就业再择业、勇于创业的就业观。The core of scientific outlook on development is people--orientation. For one municipal higher vocational college,people-- orientation is reflected in its high value on and implementation of the student--centered employment strategy. The concrete measures are to improve reward and punishment mechanism,streamline disciplines structure,optimize curriculum structure,strengthen vocational skills,initially adjust to the demands of employment markets,and instruct graduates to have a good understanding about the current employment market as well as establish a correct employment view that they should first try to cave their niche in the employment market rather than just keep eyes on those ideal jobs,and if possible,create their own businesses.
