摘　　要：胰腺癌预后差,治疗主要是外科手术、化疗和放疗相结合的综合治疗,但目前常规治疗效果有限。分子生物学研究的进展,使人们对肿瘤发生发展机制的认识有了长足的进步,为胰腺癌的治疗开辟了新途径。自杀基因作为胰腺癌基因治疗中的一个重要研究方向,是近年来国内外学者研究的热点。本文拟对自杀基因在胰腺癌基因治疗中的研究现状及其进展作一综述。Pancreatic tumor has a dismal prognosis.Combined therapy is mainly adopted,which is done by surgery together with chemotherapy and radiotherapy,but it has limited effect.Recent remarkable advances in molecular biology have brought revolutionary changes in the diagnosis and treatment for pancreatic tumors.Suicide gene is an important field in gene therapy for pancreatic tumor.This article is a summary of the most recent advances in the field of suicide gene therapy for pancreatic tumors.
