性分化及发育异常173例临床分析

摘　　要：目的报告笔者所在医院对性分化及发育异常的诊断、处理经验。方法对该院173例性分化及发育异常的临床特点、染色体检查及治疗经过,进行回顾性分析,并讨论性分化异常的分类问题。结果性染色体异常56例(数目异常25例,结构异常31例),性腺发育异常103例,性激素与性功能异常14例。结论性分化及发育异常是一个复杂的医疗问题,也是个社会问题。早期诊断、早期处理,非常重要。Objective To report the diagnostic and therapeutic experiences of author＇s hospital on abnormalities of sexual differentiation and development. Method Retrospective clinical analyses of the clinical features, chromosomal studies, diagnosis and treatment of 173 cases of abnormalities of sexual differentiation and development were made, classification on the abnormalities of sexial differentiation was discussed. Result There were sex-chromosomal abnormalities in 56 cases（including number-abnormalities in 25 cases, structure-abnormalities in 31 cases）; development abnormalities of gonad in 103 cases; abnormalities of sexual hormone and function in 14 cases. Conclusion The abnormalities of sexual differentiation and development are both medical and social problems. Early diagnosis and treatment are very importan.
