摘　　要：地方高校教师面对高等教育国际化形势应积极应对,要增强自己的对外交流能力。本文从一所地方高校教师的对外交流现状,进行剖析,为如何加强地方高校教师的对外交流能力提出了一些建议,以供参考。Facing the internationalization of higher education, local colleges will take active measures to increase teachers＇ international exchange skills. With an analysis on the status quo of teachers＇ external exchange in a local college, suggestions are provided on how to strengthen their abilities in international exchange.
