摘 要:为研究β-胡萝卜素对妊娠后期母猪繁殖性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响,选取繁殖条件基本一致的长大母猪48头,随机分成4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别添加微囊化β-胡萝卜素40、100、160mg·kg-1,试验期从妊娠80d至分娩,在妊娠第95天和110天每组随机选取5头猪采血,测定血清免疫球蛋白含量和抗氧化能力,分娩后采集初乳,测定IgG水平.结果表明:添加40、100、160mg·kg-1β-胡萝卜素显著提高仔猪初生质量、母猪初乳中IgG含量以及妊娠第110天血清总抗氧化能力(P<0.05).与对照组相比,添加160mg·kg-1β-胡萝卜素组初生仔猪窝质量以及妊娠第95天和第110天血清IgG、IgM和IgA水平显著提高,而血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和超氧化歧化酶(SOD)活性显著降低(P<0.05).综上所述,妊娠后期母猪日粮中添加适宜剂量β-胡萝卜素微囊能显著提高仔猪的初生质量,增强妊娠母猪的免疫功能和总抗氧化能力,其中添加量以160mg·kg-1较为适宜.A total of 48 sows (Landrace× Yorkshire) with the similar reproductive conditions were used to investigate the effects of β-carotene on reproductive performance, immune function and antioxidant capability in late-pregnancy sows. These sows were allocated to four treatments (12 sows per treatment) randomly at the 80th day of pregnancy, representing supplementation with 0(control), 40, 100 and 160 mg·kg^-1 β-carotene microcapsules to the same basal diet till to parturition. At the 95th and 110th day of pregnancy, five sows were selected randomly from each treatment to obtain blood samples for serum immunoglobulin mensuration. The colostrums were collected after parturition for IgG mensuration. Dietary supplementation with 40, 100 and 160 mg· kg^-1 β-carotene increased the birth mass of piglets, the concentration of colostrums IgG and total antioxidant capability of serum in the sows on the 110th day of pregnancy (P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, supplementation with 160 mg·kg^-1 β-carotene increased the litter mass and the concentrations of serum IgG, IgM and IgA (P〈0.05), but decreased the activities of serum GSH-PX and SOD in the sows on the 95th and 110th day of pregnancy (P〈0. 05). These findings indicated that dietary β-carotene supplementation for late-pregnancy sows may improve birth mass of piglets, the immune function and the antioxidant capacity of sows, and the dose of 160 mg·kg^-1 is in order.
