摘　　要：目的、内容与实施是学校课程规划系统中的基本要素。学校应以"提升学校课程的整体价值"、"建立永续的学校组织生态"和"促进师生的主体性发展"为课程规划的目的,研制出以课程愿景、组织制度、课程方案、行动方案、评价方案为内容架构的课程规划体系,通过课程实施观念的更新、学校课程领导水平的提高以及教学行为和学习方式的转变等策略来促进课程规划的全面实施。Purpose, content and implementation are basic dements of the system of school curriculum planning. Raising the overall value of school curriculum, establishing sustainable ecology of school organization and promoting the development of subjectivity of teachers and students, should be the purpose of school curriculum planning. Curriculum vision, organization system, curriculum scheme, action scheme and evaluation scheme should be studied to establish the content framework of curriculum planning system. By updating the ideas of curriculum implementation, raising leaders＇ level of curriculum planning as well as changing teaching behavior and learning strategies, we can hope that the curriculum planning will be fully carried out.
