摘　　要：在小班化教学中降低教学的起点，是解决“优等生”与“差生”的“历史落差”的一种有效的尝试。教师可以通过降低要求引导差生养成较好的学习习惯，通过降低评价标准重塑差生的学习信心，通过降低教学知识的难度弥补差生知识的脱节与欠缺。从而实现面向全体、共同发展的目标。Lowering starting point of teaching in small class teaching is an effective attempt to solve historical variance between ＂top students＂ and ＂poor students＂. Teachers should lead poor students to develop good learning habits by lowering requirements, rebuild poor students＇ learning confidence by lowering assessment standards, remedy disjunction and defectiveness of knowledge by lowering the difficulties of teaching contents, thus to realize the objective of facing all and joint development.
