摘　　要：详细阐述了ADPCM的原理;用纯软件设计实现了ADPCM编解码器;在DSP的集成开发环境CCS中及DSP实验箱上对算法进行了仿真验证,并对仿真波形和数据作了详尽的分析说明.实验证明,经过该编解码器处理的语音信号在保证语音质量的前提下达到了一定的压缩效果,可用于通信业务.A detailed theory of ADPCM is presented firstly,then the ADPCM Codec（code and decode） is designed and achieved with a simply software on DSP.The ADPCM arithmetic is simulated on the DSP Experiment box and in CCS that is the integrated development environment of DSP.The test waveform and data are analysed and explained in detail.The experiment proves that the speech signal dealt with the ADPCM can be compressed and the fine quality can be gained.So it can be used in communication.
