摘 要:为了论证网架在设计时应与下部结构进行整体计算的必要性,以三种支撑下(刚铰支座、弹性支座和柱子支撑)的双层正放四角锥矩形网架为研究对象,应用ANSYS对多个网架结构的挠度、压杆、拉杆进行对比研究,得出如下结论:刚铰支座与弹性支座、整体分析网架的杆件动静力分布规律截然不同,必须考虑下部结构刚度对网架杆件受力的影响,不可简单地简化为刚铰支座,否则设计极不安全;以弹性支座网架模型代替整体分析网架模型有一定的可行性,二者在内力分布及大小较相近,但也有不少杆件应力偏差较大。To demonstrate the necessity of integrated analysis,a study was conducted on double-layer pyramid latticed trusses with three different supports(rigid hinged supports,elastic supports and pillar supports).Deformation,compressive and tensile bars of trusses with three different supports was compared using ANSYS.The comparison showed that the stress distribution and the magnitude of rigid hinged truss are totally different from that of elastic and pillar supports.Hence the effect of substructure’ stiffness on truss must be considered,and substructure cannot be simplified as hinged supports in truss design,otherwise it is unsafe.Also,it is feasible to substitute elastic bearing for whole model analysis because the distribution and magnitude of their stress are similar.However,there are still some large stress deviations in few bars.
