摘  要:比较了6种溶剂的毒性、挥发性和溶酯性,确定以绿色溶剂碳酸二甲酯(DMC)替代苯进行氢化松香甘油酯酸值测定研究。考察了DMC与乙醇不同体积的混合比例对溶解氢化松香甘油酯的影响,结果表明,DMC与乙醇混合的体积比为2:1的互溶效果最好。分别以2:1的DMC-乙醇和国家标准GB10287-88中所用的苯-乙醇作为溶剂测定氢化松香甘油酯的酸值,经线性回归得到修正酸值的方程为Y=0.995X-0.0852,由该方程计算修正后的酸值与国家标准GB10287-88测定酸值之间的最大相对误差小于1.56%。The toxicity,volatility and ability to dissolve esters of six kinds of solvents were compared.Green solvent DMC,which replace benzene,was studied for determining the acid value of hydrogenated rosin glyceride.Effects of ratio of DMC to ethanol on solution of hydrogenated rosin glyceride were investigated.The results showed that, the best mutual solubility was obtained when the proportion of DMC and ethanol was 2 to 1 .The acid value of hydrogenated rosin glyceride was determined by means of the DMC-ethanol solvent in the proportion of 2:1 and the benzene-ethanol solvent in the proportion of 2:1 used in the national standard GB10287-88, respectively,and the correction equation established by the linear regression analysis was Y = 0.995X-0.0852, which make the maximum relative error of the acid value less than 1.56%.
