摘　　要：中国哲学的现代转型与传统更新,是由诸多因素促成的。现代大学哲学系在20世纪上半叶中国的出现,就是其中的一个重要因素。通过现代大学哲学系的教育实践,不仅使"哲学"概念在20世纪中国扎下根来,而且建立了现代哲学教育制度,加强了哲学家之间的思想交流,形成了不同风格的哲学系,培养了一批从事哲学研究的专门人才,这些都对20世纪中国哲学的开展产生了重要的影响与作用。如今一些教育管理者把生物遗传学中的"近亲繁殖"概念搬进现代大学教育领域,以为现代大学教育中的师生间的学术传承关系,只会像生物近亲繁殖那样一代代退化下去,这实在是一种不符合历史事实的谬见。Many factors have helped a modern transformation and a renewal of tradition in Chinese philosophy. One of the important factors is the birth of philosophical school in modern university in China in the first half of the 20th century. Through pedagogical practice, the concept of ＂philosophy＂ has set its root in the twentieth century China, and set up a modern educational system of philosophy. As a result, the interchange of ideas between philosophers has been enhanced, the philosophical schools with different style have been formed, and the special talents have been trained for philosophical studies. All these are influential and functional to the development of Chinese philosophy.
