摘 要:采用玻碳电极以循环伏安法研究了β-环糊精与中性红的包结行为.当电活性客体分子中性红被包结时,在循环伏安图上表现为客体分子的氧化还原峰电位和峰电流的变化.固定中性红的浓度,改变环糊精的浓度,结果表明中性红分子低电位区间的氧化峰电位随着环糊精浓度的增加而负移,氧化峰电流则逐渐降低.依据电位变化和电流变化分别求出了β-环糊精与中性红形成包结物的包结比和包结常数.The inclusion complex of β-cyclodextrin and neutral red was studied by cyclic voltammetry using glassy carbon electrode. The variation of peak potential and peak current has been showed on cyclic voltammograms after the electroactive guest neutral red molecule was mixed with cyclodextrin. The experimental results showed the oxidation peak potential of neutral red molecule has been changed negatively and its oxidation peak current decreased gradually with the addition of β-cyclodextrin, respectively. The inclusion ratio and inclusion formation constant of β-cyclodextrin and neutral red were calculated based on the variation of both peak potential and peak current of guest neutral red molecule.
