摘  要:[目的]了解超市预包装食品标签标注现况,为监督管理指明方向和提供对策。[方法]随机抽查南京市区35家规模不同超市销售的13大类、282份预包装食品,依据GB7718-2004《预包装食品标签通则》等标准进行分析评判。[结果]总体合格率为65.2%,合格率最低的为保健食品,仅为11.8%。按标注项目分类,食品名称、配料清单和产品标准号标注不规范是食品标签主要问题所在,分别占总不合格项次的27.3%、27.3%和16.7%。[结论]南京市超市预包装食品标签存在问题较多,应通过加强管理、扩大宣传等多种措施加以改善,保障人们食品安全。[Objective]To understand the status of the labeling of prepackaged foods sold in supermarkets of Nanjing, and to show the direction and provide approach for supervising. [Methods] Inspected randomly 282 prepackaged foods, attached to 13 categories, from 35 supermarkets of different scales, and analyzed the label according to GB7718-2004. [Results] The total qualification rate was 65.2%, and which of health foods was the lowest (only 11.5%) . The following three places of qualification rate were the name of the food, list of ingredients and code of the product standard according to labeling information. They comprised 27.3%, 27.3% and 16.7% of total unqualified items, respectively. [Conclusion] There are many questions about the labeling of prepackaged foods sold in supermarkets of Nanjing. We should reinforce the management and expand publicity in order to guarantee food safety.
