摘　　要：结合西北农林科技大学面向西部地区,特别是陕西省开展干部短期培训工作实际,始终围绕提高培训质量这个永恒主题,探讨干部教育培训的方法,创立了专题讲授、研讨交流、官员论坛、现场教学"四元一体"培训模式,建立了"四元一体"模型图,为有效地提高干部培训质量提供了经验。On the basis of the practice in Northwest A ＆ F University and especially with the short - term training for leaders in Shanxi, with the aim to improve the quality of training, this thesis explores the way of training leaders and puts forward ＂ Unity of Four＂ training mode including lectures, seminar, official forum and face to face teaching, so as to provide experience to improve the quality of training.
