农村留守儿童心理健康状况及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：采用心理健康诊断测验(MHT)量表和自编的心理健康影响因素调查表对随机抽取的农村留守儿童进行调查,分析了解农村留守儿童心理健康状况并探讨其影响因素,为心理辅导提供依据.调查结果显示,农村留守儿童表现出高学习焦虑、对人焦虑和冲动倾向,与非留守儿童的3个因子比较有非常显著差异(P<0.01),在过敏倾向、身体症状与恐怖倾向因子上,农村留守儿童和非留守儿童比较差异显著(P<0.05);不同类型的农村留守儿童心理健康诊断测验得分有显著差异,其中以单亲监护型心理健康程度最高;不同教育方式、是否有个人爱好和是否有亲密同伴的农村留守儿童之间心理健康水平存在显著差异.Based on Mental Health Test （MHT） and self-designed questionnaire, a survey is made for the information about the mental health and its affecting factors of ＂liu shou＂ children in rural areas （children left at home while their parents are working as farmer laborers in cities）. The results show that,compared to normal children, the ＂liu shou＂ children have a distinction in terms of learning anxiety, personal relationship anxiety and impulsive inclination （P〈0.01）, and in terms of sensitive inclination, physique and terror inclination （P〈0.05）. There is a significant difference in educational ways,personal interests and intimate friends among the ＂liu shou＂ children. This survey is expected to provide information for the psychological consultation.
