摘　　要：正确实现能级原理,推进高校的能级管理,能够有效促进高校的管理质量,提高教学管理效率,最终达到高校"科教"能量的释放,提高教学、科研和人才培养的综合效率。从能级原理及其特征出发,探讨了在高校教学管理工作中能级原理的正确应用。Using energy principle correctly and promoting university energy management can effectively improve the quality of management and efficiency of teaching management and ultimately reach the release ＂science and teaching energy＂, which will improve the integrated efficiency of teaching, research and personnel training. The paper first introduces energy principle and its characteristics, and then discusses the application of energy principle in university teaching management.
