摘 要:为了实现对采煤机变频牵引控制系统的实时监控,采用有限状态机理论对采煤机变频调速系统进行状态分析和工作流程控制。根据采煤机变频器的运行工况,将它的控制回路分为不同的工作状态,将这些工作状态组合成一个具体的有限状态机,并根据状态机控制采煤机变频系统的工作,采用向采煤机变频器DP接口发送控制字和接受状态字的方式实现变频器的状态控制等功能。本系统在ACS800变频器控制系统进行了应用,结果表明:该系统工作性能稳定,大大提高了采煤机变频牵引控制系统的可靠性。In order to achieve real monitoring for frequency traction control system in the shearer, limited state machine was adopted to analyze working status and control working flow of the shearer. The control loop of frequency changer of the shearer was divided into the different working status based on the frequency changer's work condition, and these active statuses were combined to concrete limited state machine to control function of the frequency changer. The working status the frequency changer was controlled by transmitting control words and status words to its data processing interface. The designed system was applied to ACS800 frequency changer control system. It is shown that this system has the stable property, and improves the reliability of the frequency traction control system in the shearer.
