摘 要:自上世纪90年代以来,合作教学在国外被广泛运用于以英语为第二语言或外语的教学中。文章介绍了合作教学的演化发展、理论基础以及常见的合作教学模式,结合教学实例分析大学英语中外教师合作教学的成效,并对实施大学英语中外教师合作教学面临的一些挑战提出了解决方法,以期推动我国大学英语教学的改革和创新。Co-teaching between native English teachers and local English teachers has been a common teaching practice in a variety of ESL/EFL settings abroad since 1990s. The paper briefly presents the evolution of co-teaching, the theoretical foundation for co-teaching practice, and the commonly accepted co-teaching models. The following part of the paper explores the advantages and disadvantages of co- teaching between local Chinese English teachers and native English teachers in College English. In the end, the paper provides some suggestions for better practices of co-teaching between local Chinese English teachers and native English teachers in College English. The paper is of great significance for the revolution and initiative in College English.
