摘  要:规范"旅游文化"课的教学是当前旅游本科教育亟待解决的工作。该课就其性质而言,是一门文化知识课,同时也是一门培养学生应用能力的专业基础课。其任务是传授旅游文化基础知识;开发创新旅游文化的能力;培养爱国主义思想和敬业精神。其教学内容结构可分为8个部分,涉及到旅游文化的界定、旅游主客体和企业各方面的旅游文化内涵,以及区域旅游文化的建设和旅游跨文化区域交流。"旅游文化"课还要处理好与其他课程的主、选修关系。To standard the "Tourism Culture" course is in urgent need of solution in education of tourism undergraduate. The course on its very nature, is a culture knowledge course, as well as a specialized basic course to improve the practice ability of students. The mission is to impart basic knowledge of Tourism and Culture ; to develop innovative capacity of Tourism and Culture; to cultivate patriotism and professional dedication. The teaching content structure can be divided into eight parts, involving the definition of cultural tourism, the tourist culture connotation of tourism subject and object and enterprise aspects, as well as the construction of regional tourism and cultural and tourism exchange of cross-cultural region. Tourism and Culture classes should handle relationship well with other courses.
