摘 要:阐述了国内一些不同材质滑板的特点和应用,分析了国内受电弓滑板的发展趋势,指出陶瓷增强铜基复合材料是一种新型高性能受电弓滑板材料。采用化学镀铜的TiB2粉与Ti3SiC2粉作为弥散强化增强相,真空无压烧结成一种新型弥散强化Cu基复合材料。研究其性能表明,Cu/Ti3SiC2(20%)/TiB2(15%)复合材料其相对密度、电阻率、布氏硬度都达到相关标准要求。The characteristics and application of some domestic slide plates made of different materials are outlined, and the development trend of the pantograph slide plates is also analyzed. It is pointed out that ceramic particle reinforced Cu-matrix composites are the new material for the pantograph slide plates. TiB2 and Ti3SiC2 were coated with copper by electroless plating method. Cu- Ti3SiC2 composite reinforced by TiB2 was fabricated by pressureless sintering. And the density, hardness of the material were also researched. The result demonstrates that the relative densities, the electrical resistance and hardness of Cu/Ti3SiC2(20%)/TiB2(15%) composite meet the relevant standards.
