摘  要:剩余容量的预测和蓄电池组故障检测是电动汽车能量管理技术的两个突出问题。采用电压/频率转换电路实现对蓄电池隔离采样的电压巡检,运用高压端电流检测电路保证了检测的精度及可靠性。针对电动汽车配置的铅酸蓄电池组,绕开影响蓄电池剩余容量繁杂的内部因素,提出一种基于蓄电池外特性构建的BP神经网络模型,实现对蓄电池剩余容量的实时、准确预测。The remaining capacity prediction and fault detection of battery are two major problems in electric vehicle energy management technology. Voltage / frequency converter is adapted to realize the inspection of sampling voltage of battery isolation circuit,high - voltage side current detection circuit is used to ensure the accuracy and reliability in testing. Concerning lead - acid battery group on electric vehicle,by steering clear of the effects from complex internal factors of the remaining battery capaeity,BP neural network model is built based on the battery outside characteristics. Finally, real - time and accurate prediction of remaining capacity is realized.
