摘　　要：2008年的经济危机加大了肉类产业发展压力,也加深了其与现代民生营养需求的矛盾。本文结合民生营养需求形势探讨了国内外肉类产业发展状况,并以改善民生的视角对我国肉类产业发展前景进行了展望。The contradiction between nutrition requirement of people＇s livelihood and the development of meat industry was deepened for the meat industry stressed heavily by finance crisis in 2008. The evolutive status of domestic and overseas meat industry was discussed by combination to the nutrition requirement of people＇s livelihood. Subsequently, the development prospection of domestic meat industry was put forward in the view of improvement to people＇s livelihood.
