农村职业教育定位探析

摘　　要：根据社会主义新农村建设的目标和特点,宜将农村职业教育定位为培养"农民工人",促进农村劳动力转移,培养"创业型新农民",服务现代农业,同时为农村社区民众提供终身教育服务。农村职业教育培养目标具有多元性与层级性,发展性与前瞻性,相对性与同一性,主体性与社会性等特点。The writer argues for the identification of the rural vocational learners as farming workers in line with the objectives and features of the new socialist rural construction.Meanwhile,labor force should be transferred,creative farmered cultured,and lifelong education provided for the public in rural communities.The objectives are of diversity,development,and prospect,among others.
