摘　　要：中小学教师供求关系不仅关系到高师毕业生就业,也关系到基础教育的健康发展。准确预测中小学教师中长期需求趋势,根据中小学教师需求适度调整高师教育规模,实现供求关系的协调发展,已成为一项重要课题。The relationship between the demand and supply of the elementary and secondary school teachers is important for the undergraduates from a teacher university,and healthy development of the elementary education.So it is meaningful to forecast the demand and supply of the teachers needed in elementary and secondary schools.
