摘　　要：本试验采用单因子完全随机试验设计,研究色氨酸对1～14日龄北京鸭生长性能的影响,进而探讨1～14日龄北京鸭色氨酸的需要量。选取210只1日龄健康的Z2系雄性北京鸭,随机分为5个处理,每处理6个重复,每重复7只北京鸭。分别饲喂色氨酸水平分别为0.132%、0.167%、0.202%、0.237%、0.272%的试验日粮。试验期为14d。结果表明:色氨酸对1～14日龄北京鸭日采食量、日增重和料重比影响均显著(P<0.05)。以日采食量、日增重和料重比为评价指标,分别建立其与色氨酸需要量的回归方程,得出均呈二次曲线变化,且1～14日龄北京鸭色氨酸的需要量分别为0.226%、0.225%、0.223%。The effects of tryptophan on production performance and tryptophan requirement of Peking ducks in 1 - 14 days were studied by completely randomized design.With similar pen weight,210 male Peking ducks with one-day old were allotted into 5 treatments, each included 6 replieats with 7 ducks each.Five levels of dietary tryptophan in the experiment were 0.132 % ,0.167 % ,0.202 % ,0.237 % ,0.272 % ,respectively.The trial period was 14 days.The results showed that tryptophan had significant effects on growth performance of Peking ducks in 1 - 14 days （P 〈 0.05）.The effects of tryptophan requirements on the growth indexes of average feed intake, average daily gain and feed conversion ratio and were all quadratic.According to the conic section model,the tryptophan requiremens were 0.226 % ,0.225 % and 0.223 %, respectively.
