摘 要:由穿水冷却技术形成的螺纹钢,其穿水后的温度直接影响到螺纹钢的质量,如果能够对螺纹钢穿水温度进行实时评价和控制,将能提高螺纹钢的质量和生产效率,提出一种基于神经网络模型的实时专家控制系统。此方法可以有效的克服了以往专家系统知识获取的瓶颈,为实现螺纹钢穿水温度实时、准确地评价和控制有重要意义。The temperature of the thread steel bar formed by water cooling technology in the process will impact on the quality of steel directly. If the temperature of the steel water cooling is in real-time evaluation and control, the efficiency of steel production and quality will be able to improve. The real-time expert control system is present which based on a neural network model. This method is effective to overcome the past expert system knowledge acquisition bottleneck and very important to evaluate and control the water temperature of the thread steel bar in real-time and accurately.
