摘  要:水泥路面十字路口的综合寿命成本要比沥青路面低,使用寿命长。参照美国水泥路面铺面协会(ACPA)水泥路面十字路口的设计方法,提出设计上一些特殊的考虑,对旧路面进行评估并给出物理区和功能区图示及介绍,提出了功能区的概念。做板厚设计时,依据双车道日交通量、汽车类型、最大轴载计算得到面板厚度,并按照街道类型制成表格。接缝设计包括接缝间距、接缝类型、接缝布置。介绍横向接缝、纵向接缝、隔离接缝这三种接缝的施工工艺。接缝布置依靠于经验,同时要考虑分隔带、车道、设备孔、排水孔的布置。Concrete pavement of an intersection has lower long-term maintenance cost and longer service life than asphalt pavement. According to the intersection pavement design method of ACPA, some special consideration for pavement design, evaluation of the existing pavement, and illustration of physical and functional areas were proposed. In designing of slab thickness, the calculation of the slab thickness was done based on the information such as the two-way average daily traffic, vehicle types, and maximum axle loading; and a table was made by street classification. The joint design included joint spacing, types and layout. The transverse joints, longitudinal joints, isolation joints, including dowel bar construction technology were introduced too. The joint layout depended on the experience, and raked into consideration the layout of the separate belt, lane, and embedded fixtures.
