摘 要:目的建立测定正常大鼠尿液中小分子挥发性物质的分析方法。方法收集正常大鼠24h尿液,采用顶空-气相色谱-离子阱质谱和飞行时间质谱法进行检测,利用质谱谱库检索和准确质量测定鉴定化合物。结果从正常大鼠尿液中鉴定出16个化合物,大多数是酮类物质,其中含量最高的3个化合物为2-庚酮、4-庚酮和2-戊酮。结论所建立的分析方法取材方便、操作简单、重复性好,可用于大鼠尿中挥发性化学成分的分析检测。Objective To set an analytical method of micromolecule volatilite matter in normal rat urine. Methods Headspace gas chromatographyion trap mass spectrometry (GC- ITMS) and time of flight mass spectrometry (GC -TOFMS) were used to determine volatile compounds in normal rat urine collected in 24 hours, which were then identified by mass spectrum search and accurate mass meas- urement. Results 16 compounds were identified in normal rat urine, most of which were ketones. The three most abundant components were 2 - Heptanone, 4 - Heptanone and 2 - Pentanone. Conclusion The protocol set in this experiment is a convenient method with concise and high reproducibility and is useful in analyzing volatile compounds from rat urine.
