摘　　要：介绍小组案例讨论式教学在2008级本科护理人际沟通课程中的实施过程，总结教师、学生准备，案例设计与编制，小组安排，案例讨论，实施步骤，评价方式等方面的经验；通过分析小组案例讨论式教学方法的优缺点，进一步推进教学方法改革，提高学生对沟通重要性的认识，培养学生解决实际问题的能力。This article introduces implementation process of small-group case-study discussion in Nursing Interpersonal Communication course among undergraduate nursing students enrolled in 2008,summarizes experience of preparation of teachers and students ,design and preparation of case ,arrangement of the groups ,case discussion, steps of implementation and evaluation methods. Through the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of small-group case-study discussion,the teachers should further reform teaching methods,enhance students＇ awareness of the importance of communication and develop students＇ abilities to solve practical problems.
