摘  要:根据问卷调查所获得的数据资料,考察职业未决定大学生的状态及其影响因素,探究大学生对父母亲态度的认知、对职业人印象及其相互关系。结果表明:职业未决定大学生处于五种状态,"未决定状态"、"探索状态"、"混乱状态"、"回避状态"、"轻率状态",职业未决定的大学生总体上是处于努力寻找,积极探索的状态;影响大学生职业选择的因素包括"外界信息"、"主观态度"、"大学生活"和"父母影响",其中,"主观态度"是居于首位的原因;大学生感受到父母亲对自己职业选择的态度是"积极指点"和"民主沟通";大学生对职业人的一般印象是亲和感一般,工作负担比较沉重,缺乏充实感。职业选择影响因素、对父母亲态度认知及其对职业人印象均影响到大学生职业未决定状态。According to data from questionnaire survey, this paper probes into college students' career in-decision and related impact factors and explores college students' cognition of parental attitude and impression on employee and relationship among these factors, and the results shows that: college students in status of career in-decision include five modes: "undetermined status", "exploring status", "confusion status", "escaping status" and "levity status", and these students in general are making efforts to look for jobs. Factors impacting college students' career choices include "information from outside", "subjective attitudes", "college life" and "parental influence", thereinto, "subjective attitudes" is the first reason of all; college students feel the parental attitude at their career choices are "positive guidance" and "democratic communication"; college students' general impression on employee is moderate affinity, heavy work pressure and high blankness. Impact factors of career choices, parental attitude and impression on employee all have impacts on college students' career in-decision.
