摘　　要：通过国家高职示范校建设项目的实施,天津职业大学在创建服务滨海新区高技能人才培养基地过程中,坚持"磁吸办学模式",突出学校与区域产业行业企业共建、共进、共享的"一体两翼五平台"架构高职教育资源共同体的探索实践,推进了校企合作、工学结合的依附区域、紧贴产业、挂靠行业、融入企业的高职院校科学发展的改革实践。Through the implementation of national demonstrative higher vocational college construction project, in the process of creating higher-skills talent cultivation base serving for new Binhai region, Tianjin vocational university persisted in the magnetism and absorbing school-running model, standed out the practice of building higher vocational education resource community of ＂one base and two wings and five platforms＂ constructed, boosted and shared by school, regional industry and regional enterprises altogether, which have promoted the reform practice of scientific development of higher vocational schools of depending on region, pressing close to industry, keeping to industry and blending in enterprises of cooperation of school and enterprise and combination of working with learning.
