体育课教学质量的模糊综合评判

摘　　要：文中结合体育教学的实际情况,在收集整理前人研究成果和研究方法的基础上,访问本学科的专家、学者及从事体育教学管理的工作人员,最后确立了由学生对体育教师教学效果进行评价的体系及权重;根据评价体系确立学生评价体育教师绩效的五个指标:教学能力、教学效果、教学运动量、职业道德和其他附属因素,制定出体育课堂教学质量评估量表。应用问卷调查法给学生发放评估量表,收集学生评教的各指标信息;使用关联矩阵法得到各项指标的权重;通过模糊评价法建立了学生评价体育教师绩效的数学模型,使体育教学质量的评价更具科学性和合理性。Paper with the actual situation of physical education, in previous research to collect and collate the results and research methods, based on access to experts in the discipline, academics and physical education in the management of staff, finally established by students for physical education teachers to evaluate teaching results The system and weight; based on the evaluation system of physical education teachers to establish student evaluation of the five indicators of performance： teaching ability, teaching effectiveness, teaching exercise, professional ethics and other ancillary factors, to develop the quality of Physical Education Assessment Scale. Application questionnaire issued to the students assessment scales, the various indicators of teaching evaluation to col lect information; the use of correlation matrix to be the weight of the indicators; through fuzzy evaluation method to establish the student evaluation of the performance of mathematical model of physical education teachers, so that the quality of physical education evaluation of a more scientific and rational.
